Those dumplings look delicious, but I'm not sure what kind. They can have different fillings, like beef, pork and vegetables - my mandarin class made them one time, they're delicious. Unfortunately, my teacher said that in China cookbooks are less common, and recipes are more often made up by the chef based off of basic ingredients.
Their description of the dumplings is "Chinese-style wonton-wrapped dumplings stuffed with chicken and cabbage, served with a chili-soy vinaigrette," so here's a similar recipe http://appetiteforch...rying-dumplings
